2 tablespoons honey
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon soy sauce

crushed dried red peppper to taste
Whisk everything together except the olive oil or mix with a blender. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking until it becomes emulsified.

You can purchase Potbelly's Fat Free Dressing at the grocery store. It is a Fat Free Vinaigrette that is in all supermarkets. It is usually in a small bottle like a ketchup bottle. I can not remember the name right now, but will find it out for ya'll.
