This is the basic recipe and works well. If you would like less sour and a touch more sweet I like to use 3 parts simple syrup with 1 part lime juice and 1 part lemon juice. Fresh squeezed is the best. Also for a sweeter taste you can substitute fresh key limes (when in season ) as opposed to regular limes. Very smooth!
