Ruby Tuesday Pasta Salad Recipe Clone
Pasta Salad Just Like Ruby Tuesday Restaurant
8 oz cooked and drained tri-color pasta twists
1/2 lb cubed ham
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
10 oz frozen peas, thawed and drained
Salad Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons tarragon seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt (or regular salt, but Kosher is better)
1/2 teaspoon black or white pepper
Mix all of the pasta salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Separately mix the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the dressing into the salad ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.

Rachel - It is still on the menu at the Ruby's near me, and back on the menu at another location we eat at. I have also ordered it when it was not on the menu and they made it for me anyway. Give it another try!

Having used to work at Ruby Tuesday, I can tell you the ham & pea salad dressing is half heavy mayo & half ranch dressing. That's it.
The "peas" on the salad bar that are next to the real peas are actually edemame (soybeans). The pumpernickel croutons are deep fried pumpernickel bread cubed then salted immediately after deep frying.
Actually, the croutons are garlic salted, not just regular salt, immediately after bring fried... and if you get them while they're still soft and warm out of the fryer... OMG. You will want thiem that way forever... I used to bartend there a few years back. They were a favorite snack.
I absolutely LOVE the cold broccoli salad they have on the salad bar. I would love the recipe for the dressing that its mixed with so I can make it myself! It tastes like a bacon ranch kind of flavor.

I went to Ruby Tuesdays last night and I asked for the pasta salad recipe. The waiter aske the chef and the chef told me it included the following:
Ham
Peas
Bell Pepper or Green Onions
Parmesean Cream Sauce
I know you can buy the Parmesean Cream Sauce at the store, but I am going to try making it homemade and trying the store-bought kind

The recipe for the Pasta Salad "Clone" is way off. Tastes nothing like it, not even close, not even a smidgen. I literally dumped money down the garbage disposal when I made this. It's terrible. Do not make this recipe...
I completely agree! this is a horrible recipe and tastes absolutley nothing like it. i also wasted a big chunk of money on feeding my garbage disposal! DO NOT use this recipe!
